| 5★ Just saw previous review, ugh. To be fair - these guys delivered Mazda 3 From San Jose, CA to Portland, OR for our customer at the end of 2025 with no problems. | |||
| 1★ My experience with Elite Services Group LLC was deeply troubling and completely unacceptable. This company failed to deliver my vehicle according to the agreed service timeframe. I was repeatedly given different explanations and revised delivery dates that never materialized. Communication was inconsistent, misleading, and unprofessional. Only after I began discussing potential legal action did the company finally provide an address in Milton, WA, where my vehicle was located. When arrived at the address, my brand-new 2026 BMW 330 was sitting unattended in a parking lot. According to staff at that location, vehicles had been there for several days. The condition of my vehicle was unacceptable: • Extremely dirty and filthy • Strong odor inside • Oil drip stains on multiple exterior areas • Fuel tank completely empty (vehicle was shipped with approximately 1/4 tank) There was no concern, no accountability, and no professionalism shown when these issues were raised. No apology. No explanation. No attempt to resolve or acknowledge the situation appropriately. Based on my experience, I strongly advise extreme caution before trusting this company with your vehicle. | |||

Auto transport carriers are typically have cargo insurance $250,000+ per incident. If multiple vehicles are damaged in a single incident, this coverage is shared among all affected vehicles (a full truck can carry up to 9 cars).
COI (Certificate of Insurance) will be available on web site when truck is assigned - look for cargo coverage on the policy.
Coverage order:
1. Carrier's cargo insurance - Primary coverage during transport
2. Your auto insurance - Secondary coverage if you have Comprehensive or Collision
Does my insurance cover my car during transport?
Check your auto policy for Comprehensive and Collision coverage. Many policies DO cover vehicles during professional transport, but some exclude it. If your policy covers it and you file a claim, your insurance company can pursue the carrier's insurance through subrogation (they pay you first, then recover costs from the carrier).
Important: Contact your insurance agent to verify whether your policy covers vehicles during commercial transport before shipping.
You don't need your car insurance to have your car transported.
But without physical damage/subrogation you will have to collect from carrier's insurance yourself and it's a pain.
With physical/subrogation your insurance company will make it much easier for you because they will collect from Primary Payer (carrier's
insurance) first, then if it's exhausted come as Secondary Payer if needed.
